Müge Ertürk is FLA’s Project Coordinator for Türkiye. In her role, she researches and provides technical support to projects addressing some of the biggest issues in the agricultural sector, such as child labor, the working and living conditions of seasonal migrant agricultural workers, fair wages, the impact of climate change on labor, and more. She specializes in agricultural harvest practices, collaborating with her team to execute key projects such as FLA’s flagship Harvesting the Future project.

Ertürk brings six years of professional and volunteer experience to her role. Before joining FLA in 2022, she worked with other NGOs in areas related to migration and displaced populations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in international political economy. Ertürk is based in Istanbul and speaks Turkish and English.
