
Mohd Dilshad
Project Manager, Harvesting the Future India
Mohd Dilshad is FLA’s Project Manager for Harvesting the Future (HTF) India. He is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, as well as managing stakeholders. Dilshad brings significant experience in sustainability and labor rights to the role.
Prior to joining FLA in 2025, Dilshad managed end-to-end programs, including planning, implementation, evaluation, partnerships, and strategic management. He has experience of setting up new verticals in earlier organizations, ensuring resources management, resources mobilization, and people management. Dilshad has worked with European and American civil society organizations, companies, multilateral and bilateral organizations, and personnel in Africa, Europe and America.
Dilshad has worked quite intensively in sugarcane and dairy supply chains with global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) companies, which source sugar and milk derivatives in India. He has worked to reduce greenhouse gas emission in the dairy, sugarcane, and textile industries, and has experience certifying farmers for regenerative agriculture. He managed a decent work initiative in a sugarcane supply chain and launched a traceability initiative in the dairy sector. Dilshad also has some prior experience with the leather supply chain, in addition to providing corporate social responsibility expertise to tech, tire, and cement companies.
Dilshad speaks Hindi as his mother language and has fluency in English. He is based out of New Delhi, India.
