Michelle Dai Zotti is FLA’s Marketing and Events Manager. She works in partnership with FLA staff and external vendors to support the recruitment of agriculture and manufacturing companies for FLA membership, and spearheads the planning and implementation of both internal and external events.
Dai Zotti joined FLA in 2025, bringing to the role more than ten years of experience in business development and project management at international non-profit organizations. Prior to joining FLA, Dai Zotti served as a program manager at the International Republican Institute (IRI), overseeing programs promoting human rights and democracy in Asia and managing teams across time zones. From 2016-2021, she supported and led partnership development efforts for Salzburg Global Seminar, working with different stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission to solve issues of global importance.
Dai Zotti is currently based in Burlington, VT. She is fluent in English, German, Italian and speaks Mandarin Chinese with an advanced proficiency.
