Kait Pararas is FLA’s Digital Strategy Manager. Since joining the organization in 2023, she has worked to build FLA’s presence on digital and social media platforms through content strategy, digital marketing, email outreach, and more.
Prior to joining FLA, Pararas helped determine digital strategy for several other nonprofit organizations, developing expertise in issues ranging from labor to family economy security to whistleblower rights. She holds a B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
Currently, Kait is based in Washington, DC. She speaks English fluently and Spanish with an intermediate proficiency.
