Gita Nauli is FLA’s Senior Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, bringing to the role more than a decade of experience and expertise in sustainability-related roles, including implementing sustainability programs that focus on workers’ rights across global supply chain. She supports both FLA’s social compliance and investigations teams with accreditations and investigations.
Prior to joining FLA in 2023, Nauli has managed various sustainability initiatives, such as the gender-focused HER project, supplier engagement, training and performance management, brand-run grievance mechanisms, transparency and reporting, responsible recruitment, responsible purchasing, and stakeholder engagement. Nauli has helped stakeholders develop awareness and build capacity to reach sustainability goals in both social and environmental areas, including supporting risk management programs for key suppliers. She honed her sustainability skills by working with companies at the factory level, brand level, and headquarters level.
Nauli holds master’s degree in human resources management from the PPM School of Management. She is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and speaks English, Bahasa and basic Japanese.
