Gheeeun Song is a program associate with FLA’s Agriculture and Supply Chain Innovation department. Since joining FLA in 2021, she supports the Agriculture program in the Americas, including planning field visits, and reviewing and publishing FLA Member Company Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). She enhances the agriculture program’s tools and systems to increase coherency and accountability. Song has contributed to FLA projects as well, including the Worker’s Voice mobile application project, which establishes grievance mechanism procedures at farms.
Song holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Boston University and a master’s degree in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. Currently based in Boston, MA, Song speaks Korean, English, and Spanish.
