Fernanda Suzuki is a senior associate for Latin America at FLA. She joined the organization in 2025 and leads FLA’s programs in Latin American countries. Suzuki focuses on monitoring and ensuring sustainable supply chains for FLA members. She oversees agricultural supply chains, ensures fair working conditions, collaborates with companies to enforce ethical practices, and conducts research to improve conditions for workers and vulnerable communities.
Passionate about advancing labor rights, Suzuki has gained extensive experience in various environmental and social compliance roles at textile, apparel, and retail companies. She holds a degree in environmental and urban engineering from the Federal University of ABC (Universidade Federal do ABC) and an Master of Business Admininstration in project management from the University of São Paulo (Universidade de São Paulo). Suzuki speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
