Chaimae Azmi

Chaimae Azmi is FLA’s fair compensation and member engagement manager. Passionate about a future where workers’ rights are respected as a standard, Azmi supports the advancement of fair compensation standards, tools, and training, with a particular focus on living wages and income solutions across both manufacturing and agriculture. She conducts research, leads program development, and executes case studies and pilot projects aimed at promoting living wage solutions in global supply chains.

Azmi represents FLA in global coalitions, working groups, and events, advocating for responsible business practices and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that improve worker conditions. Additionally, she leads company recruitment across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia and works to enhance FLA’s visibility across Europe, helping to strengthen the organization’s presence and engagement in the region.

Chaimae joined FLA in 2023, bringing valuable experience from her prior role in corporate social responsibility at PVH. There, she supported the development of the living wage strategy and contributed to the creation of training materials on responsible purchasing practices, among other key initiatives. Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, she is fluent in Arabic (Moroccan dialect), French, and English. Chaimae holds a Master of Science in sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
