Adjoua Céline Koffi is FLA’s program associate for Africa. Since 2019, she has been monitoring Independent External Assessments (IEAs), shadowing teams on certain projects, and supporting her manager in all activities in Africa. Prior to her current role, Koffi carried out several FLA-led evaluations as an independent external monitor from 2014-2016.

Koffi loves working with children, and from 2007-2013 she coordinated childhood vaccination activities in remote areas of her home country of Côte d’Ivoire. Koffi holds a master’s degree in sociology with a public health option from the University of Bouaké and a certificate in law and humanitarian action from the Center for Research and Action for Peace (CERAP). She speaks French, English, and two other local languages, Baoulé and Malinké, and currently resides in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire with her family.
