Alpay Celikel is FLA’s Senior Safeguards Manager. He specializes in FLA program implementation, factory assessments, health and safety, remediation, and stakeholder collaboration activities. Celikel played a key role in developing FLA’s Sustainable Compliance Initiative (SCI) and has led assessments in more than 60 countries.
Having joined FLA in 2011, Celikel brings extensive expertise in social compliance, capacity building, and training to his position, with more than a decade of prior experience as a consultant and assessor. He holds a degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
