The FLA Board of Directors voted to reaccredit adidas-Salomon’s labor compliance program in May 2005 at the end of a three-year implementation period. The assessment for reaccreditation covers the period 2005 to 2007.
The reaccreditation report is based on information provided by adidas in its annual reports to FLA, verified through visits to headquarters and field offices, a review of Independent External Monitoring visits and Independent External Verification visits conducted by FLA accredited monitors at adidas’s apparel and footwear facilities, and the company’s participation in FLA projects and value-added programs.
