Threading Change is a BIPOC, youth-led organization dedicated to creating a more sustainable fashion industry by addressing critical issues such as circular fashion, ethical supply chains, and workers’ rights. Their work is grounded in community engagement, policy advocacy, and amplifying youth voices in global sustainability and labor rights conversations.

Threading Change is looking forward to engaging with FLA and its members to shape practices, share insights, and advocate for stronger labor protections, particularly as they relate to youth and marginalized communities.

Joined FLA: 2024

As the world’s leading youth-led NGO in fashion, we believe that by joining forces with the FLA and its member organizations, we can amplify our efforts to make the global fashion industry more equitable and sustainable for all, whilst ensuring youth perspectives have a seat at the table to amplify human rights and due diligence work in fashion.
