Reformation’s mission is to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. Since a prominent part of sustainability is social responsibility, we’re responsible for creating safe, healthy, and equitable working environments for the teams and garment workers throughout our supply chain. We do so through partnerships with industry groups like the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and third-party auditing firms, regular, on-site social responsibility assessments, and a commitment to ensuring workers have a voice in our organization.
