Kennesaw State is an active member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), supports their strict labor code standards, and expects licensees to align with the code and cascade these standards throughout their supply chains. In addition, licensees are required to disclose the location, address, phone number, email, and contact person for each facility it owns or contracts with for the production of goods, and they must participate in any third-party complaints or Fair Labor Investigations that arise in these facilities.
