Third Party Complaint Tracking Chart

FLA tracks all complaints received via our Third Party Complaint process. Complaints that meet our criteria are accepted.
The Third Party Complaint process has four steps:
- Step 1: FLA receives a complaint regarding a violation of workers’ rights in a facility used by an FLA member or affiliate and makes a preliminary assessment.
- Step 2: FLA notifies the member or affiliate of the complaint and makes the complaint public.
- Step 3: FLA retains an external expert to conduct an independent investigation.
- Step 4: FLA and the member or affiliate agree to a remediation plan, which includes specific corrective action steps.
