Emory University actively participates in the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and supports its strict labor code standards, which mandate that licensees align with the Fair Labor Code and enforce it throughout their supply chains. Furthermore, licensees are required to disclose the location for each facility they own or contract with to produce goods. They must also engage with any third-party complaints or Fair Labor Investigations that arise at their manufacturing facilities.
