PUMA works with more than 550 external manufacturing partners located primarily in Asia, but also Europe and Latin America. As enshrined in its Code of Conduct, and by working closely with its suppliers, PUMA commits to ensure that its products are manufactured in decent workplaces where human rights are respected. This work is integrated in a broader social due diligence framework which is evaluated by FLA, through yearly assessments. 

As part of its work for a fair income, PUMA uses the FLA Fair Compensation Dashboard to analyse wage data and compare them to industry peers data and to the Global Living Wage Coalition benchmark.
