FLA Annual Public Reports

Each year, the Fair Labor Association publishes an Annual Report. It is one of the many ways in which the FLA works to further public accountability and transparency by its affiliate companies. The Report provides the public with an impartial, in–depth view of the activities of these companies and their labor compliance programs. In addition, the Report addresses issues of importance to the labor and business community through articles and other features.

The combination of the Annual Report and the FLA Tracking Charts - which present the detailed reports from FLA unannounced monitoring visits to FLA company supplier factories – represent the most comprehensive body of independent reporting published on company’s efforts to promote adherence to international labor standards.
