Enhanced Licensee Program

The FLA is currently piloting an Enhanced Licensee Program initially targeted
at Category C licensees (licensees with total annual revenues between $5 - $50 million or under $5 million who are manufacturing overseas) and their licensors. This is a robust system of capacity building, which includes licensee self-assessments on compliance, creating an implementation plan, capacity building visits and trainings.
