Confirmation

We hereby confirm that your registration form has been successfully entered into our database. Your registration will be reviewed and you will be contacted if any further information is required. By registering with the FLA you are indicating that you wish to proceed with your affiliation in a timely manner. We will communicate to our affiliated colleges and universities that your company’s application is pending, and that that you will be initiating the application process. Once we receive your completed registration from, you will receive an e-mail that details the application process and we will then work with you to determine how and when you should complete the application process.
